True Force Tournament Results

On Saturday, September 10 Master Bezoni attended the True Force Global International tournament in San Antonio, TX hosted by friend of the school Grand Master Michael Hornsby. This year’s tournament boasted increased numbers over tournaments of past years, with over 200 competitors competing across all divisions!

Master Bezoni competed in both Forms (Kata) and Sparring divisions. In Forms, he performed the newly finished 2nd Degree Black Belt form in a division of 10 Black Belts, Masters and Grand Masters from multiple different schools and styles, and came away with 3rd place as well as many compliments from fellow competitors and judges on the technicality of the form. We’re looking forward to our 2nd Degree Black Belts competing in their own divisions with this form and their success!

In Sparring, Master Bezoni brought home 3rd place, losing to the eventual Grand Champion of the tournament Grand Master Walter Bryant.

A great day was had all around and we wish Grand Master Hornsby continued success as his tournament continues to grow!
