Traditional Training for today’s problems
Our traditional Martial Arts training builds on the teachings of Tae Kwon Do and Tang Soo Do while incorporating additional styles such as Krav Maga and Ju-Jitsu to provide a fully rounded curriculum for children, teenagers and adults.

Not just for the young ones
All ages can get something from Martial Arts training! Young children will benefit from working in a class while learning at their own pace with recognizable accomplishments and improvement, while teens and adults can continue building physical and mental acuity in a social setting.
Class Schedule
Juniors (Ages 5-12) - Monday and Wednesday evenings, 6:00 - 6:50 PM
Teen / Adult (Ages 13+) - Monday and Wednesday evenings, 7:00 - 8:00 PM
All Ages / All Ranks - Thursday evenings, 6:00 - 7:00 PM
Weapons / Specialty Class - Thursday evenings, 7:00 - 8:00 PM
